Hey ya'll,

So my friends and I are planning on taking a trip to Disney World next July for our high school graduation. Naturally, I've been put in charge of planning (which I'm not complaining about at all :goodvibes ) and was wondering what hotel you'd suggest along with cheap activities for us to do. Most of us will be 18 but a few have summer bdays and will still be 17.

Thanks :)

p.s. I'm looking at the difference between one of the All-Star res versus a moderate res such as Port Orleans

Also, This is most of my friend's first trips and I want to make it special so any tips for that would be great :woohoo:

I don't have much input on resorts, but I just wanted to share my favorite free activity! (It's free after park admission of course and the $12 purchase of a book). Go buy the Hidden Mickey Guide! It's so much fun to read the hints for everywhere you go and find all the Hidden Mickeys! There are some really hard ones!

As for resorts it's really preference/budget.
I've stayed at Deluxe, Mod & Value and in my opinion you use the hotel to relax, sleep, shower, or go to the pool. So for the price I prefer to stay at a Value, because regardless of where you stay you're still in Disney! Plus with a value resort and a group of people, splitting the price would make it even cheaper so you'd have more money for dinner or something at a nicer restaurant or for some of the activities you want to do.

I didn't even think of hidden mickeys! Perfect :D

I LOVE the Pop Century! It's in the same category of the "All-Stars", and IMO is much nicer, mainly because it is newer. If you go, be sure to try out the tie-die cheesecake! :thumbsup2
