They say they will call by 10am tomorrow if it has arrived. I wasn't the only one so someone stuffed up in SFO with some bags...but it's just unclear where...

Just saw the car....
Mum was hit by a car a week ago and at first glance it looks not too bad (the car) but like with mum. Bad internal damage

Thanks queenie! Her mood has improved now that blood is circulating to her foot!

As far as the wound it's slowly getting better, but was worse before we saw improvement.

We might go out to dinner. I think I might have just found our tenants. I just showed the place to a mother and daughter. The mother had some sort of Eastern European accent and seemed adamant about filling out the application and getting down to business so she could go home Tuesday. We'll see if they call tomorrow and maybe we'll have some money coming in!

We don't take co signers, but since the two of them will be living there we can consider both incomes. That's why I liked them. A mother and daughter combo won't be holding parties in the patio.

It should be ok, but what happens when one wants to get out of the house? Like the daughter being driven nuts by her mom?
