3 is done 4 just arrived (new gas stove), the guy installing it went to pick up the flex line he needed and he'll be back soon to install it. Fran canceled the rest of my tasks.

No, if she had it her way there wouldn't be DIS time. Arline just got there, I'm here with the stove being installed. I just signed the contract on Apt #2's renovation. We will be officially broke. No savings possibly even holding credit card debt. That building that was supposed to close escrow April 30 may be a month late.

I checked our credit card bills yesterday and all of them are sky high. She went nuts on gift cards, Disney stuff, I'm not even sure what all, but a lot of money. If that escrow payment doesn't hit our bank before the end of May we're in deep doodoo!
