oh you don't understand my life. I get basically unlimited funds for what I want to do as long as I am available when Fran needs me. Going to the parks would be out of the question unless I was taking Arline. The n we could do whatever but we would have to promise to be back if she needed us.
which would be most likely, so we shouldn't go very far.

hiring scooters at Wdw costs half as much as buying a new one or new batteries and that's what I think one of of them needs. we'll. See. Between the two of them there might not end up being much walking that I don't need a scooter. they both are pretty frail. I don't see us doing more than 2-3 hours in the park before they need to rest again.

 Like I said on your PTR....Epcot really isn't that far from BCV. Maybe you'll get some 'me' time there.

I hope the scooter situation works out.

Caught up a bit, but then the DIS seemed to die, and got back and caught up some more.

Alison try not to mess around in the room or hotel, when going to the parks. Spend the whole time inside the gates.

Have you ever taken a scooter from CR of BLT to the MK on the walking path? That may save you some time. It's about a 10 minute walk which often beats waiting for a monorail with room.

Soccer game in the morning. We had snow showers all day today and tomorrow, it looks like rain or snow.

 Yup. The Dis did die for about 20 minutes or so.

Snow and rain showers coupled with soccer matches do not mix well in my book.
Hope you stay dry and/or warm.

Are you planning a trip west to visit Carsland?

DS will be long underwear and a hat. I'm more worried I will get cold watching.

Maybe, I mean yes but nothing for sure yet. I have to see how the Summer schedule works out with DS.

Alison, would you be able at least to go to the pool and relax with a book and cocktail? To get away from them for a little bit?

Good morning, was so tired yesterday , I just crashed. I couldnt get back on last night. Sorry Alison, I hope you find time for yourself. Anyone else notice that smiley's keep changing?

Matt, I hope you can take your DS to see Carsland. Now see I dont hate DL. I used to sit out in the rain and snow for my kids to do bmx racing. They are young once.

Round two of packing today. Chris is having to work some of the day today. I also need to do :laundy:

That might be an option, if we were actually staying at BCV on this trip. :rolleyes1

This is probably the only "get away" option that I will have. I really can't leave the resort without Fran unless she has given me her blessing and she would only do that if both Arline and were to leave the resort.

Yesterday we had scooter problems. Well we had them in DLR back in February, but I thought it was Arline doing something funky to the scooter. Turns out the one that I ride is returning an error code of "Other Internal Errors". Great! That's vague! So yesterday we took the cruddy one I normally ride (that is falling apart) and Fran's normal Travel scooter. Well that one has been giving us problems. We think it's the battery, so I'm hoping that replacing the battery will fix it's problems.

We bought a new scooter yesterday afternoon, but won't have time to pick it up until Monday afternoon (they are closed tomorrow).

Right now we're having problems with her wound vac. It started beeping in the night and somewhere in her dressing there is a blockage. It functions OK when she is sitting upright, but when she lays down the vaccuum doesn't work right. :headache:

We have a gig today with a 1:30PM call time and I'm going to probably have to go by myself. We tried calling various ERs and none of them would touch her with a 10ft pole. The Doctor is trying to get a nurse friend to come in and do something for cash on the side. We'll see how this works out.
