We just bought over $100 worth of food at Sam's Club. No worries on dinner until after Arline leaves!

Getting out of Sams and only spending $100 is quite an accomplishment. I am impressed. We shoot for getting out under $250, but we only go once a month.

Good evening. I bit the bullet and booked the Disneyland Hotel today. DH refused to stay at PP, and I refused to stay at GC. He reminded me that I promised we would stay at a Disney hotel this trip. Grrr. Now, I just need Disney to release a nice discount and apply it to my room.

Yes I ended up buying some more miles so it was $523 total for the two of us. I was going to wait until early July after some more miles posted to our account, but decided I better grab the 17.5K miles ones now because if they disappear it will be 25K miles each. It's still not bad for a one-way flights.

Not being a sports fan...it took me a little while to understand what this statement said....my first thought was NOT what you meant!

Well that was just food. We bought another $100+ in goods and renewed our membership + bought an inexpensive computer for Arline so it was more like a $700 visit overall, just $100 in food!

Glad to see that you will be staying at the DLH. How much did you pay for the room? Why doesn't your DH like to stay at PP and also why you refuse to stay at the GCH? All three DLR hotels are expensive, but at least you can take advantage of staying onsite with MM that is reported for both parks this summer. Have you got your tickets after the price increased in a couple of days?

well we got a few extra benefits included. Just think any new members get those same benefits for $35K. Besides we didn't want to NOT get the new benefits.

ANYONE coming to DLR PLEASE let us come with you on a VIP tour!!!!! We need to use them up. I Will find out if Fran needs to be present or not, hopefully not and we all can have a fun tour. It is limited to 10 or 9.
