GOTG: Monsters After Dark LL?

I know Genie+ started after Halloween last year, but could you get FP for Monsters After Dark pre Genie+ or was it stand-by only? I'm going down next weekend so no OBB parties happening, just trying to figure out a strategy.

In the past they released the FPs for MAD at a specific time. At 3pm you could either get a paper FP from the kiosk or digital via Maxpass. It may end up being something similar? Or you just have to watch G+ for when the LL return time is after 5pm? I suppose we'll find out Sept 2
