Got riptoff!!!!!!

I ordered several thing form Pinocchio Production. Mickey Ears, autograph books. This was ordered in Jan. I have yet to see my stuff. I have gotten 2 e-mail, one saying stuff was shipped on the 13th of Feb. Not here yet. Another one said they made a mistake on one hat and had to do it over and that they would ship it 2 day mail and I would have it yesterday. Guess what, have not seen it. I have e-mailed them several times with no response. I have called and the phone has been disconnected. The address is a PO Box. I used a VISA debit card. What can I do. I am most likley out 70 dollars, I am not very happy about it, I just don't want anyone else to get taken by this company. If you have any info on how I can reach them, please let me know. Or if you have used them and really did get your stuff. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered something, took 4 phone calls 3 faxes and a few e-mails in order for them to refund me!!!

Talk to your debit card holder, maybe they can help. Mine has in the past.

Dispute it with your bank. If that fails, you need more info to reach the owners.

From the Division of Corporations for Florida (sunbiz.org), the company is called Pinocchio Productions, Inc. out of Winter Park by Maurice and Karen. I will not post personal info, but you should figure out how to get it. If you go to their '99 corporate filing you will find their listed phone number at the bottom right corner (looks like a cell phone number). Their website listed under betterwhois.com shows presumably their residential address in Longwood and the phone number listed matches. If that phone number doesn't work, you can try Zabasearch.com. I hope it gets resolved for you. It looks like they have been in business for 10 years, so if they did go out of business, it was just bad timing. There's a lot more ways to find more info, but this should get you going.

Yeah, they should be able to refute the charge. Most banks offer protection against this sort of thing.
