"I'll just grab some coffee at the gas station or Starbucks after we leave."

about Charles the road trip diva. I would have bought the drinks and put those bad boys in the freezer then handed him one first thing in the morning and asked "Cold enough for you honey?" And Jimmy Dean has some great frozed sausage biscuts that heat up nicely in the microwave. See...men aren't the only ones that can throw monkey wrenches.

Tomorrow! Have so much fun friend! I promise not to wish away my last week of school so you can savor your WDW time! I probably will bug you about last minute things when you return (the Fairies, park bags, etc)....Enjoy every second, it has been so fun "chatting" this past year! I cannot wait to see what TSM moments Connor has, how Diva Charles acts, and well how beautiful Chelsea looks, especially with BO--- btw has she seen the shirt yet?

Do they learn the crud they try to pull in some sort of annoying man class? I am super excited for you Jackie! Saturday, June 6
Arrive at Animal Kingdom Lodge!
Get settled in the room!
Head to Disney Hollywood Studios for dinner at Backlot Express and to catch some of the Star Wars Weekend festivities!

Sunday, June 7
Before park-opening breakfast at Tusker House!
Explore Animal Kingdom!
Late lunch/early dinner at Pizzafari!
EMH at Magic Kingdom!

Monday, June 8
Epcot!
Dinner at Rose and Crown!
Meet Wigdoutdismom and family for Illuminations!

We arrive. We have an ADR for Boma, but may cancel if we end up grabbing fast food on the way from the airport. Hoping to visit AK for EMH's since I have never seen that park in the dark

Tuesday, June 9
Disney Hollywood Studios!
Dinner at Hollywood Brown Derby!
Magic Kingdom after dinner!

Going to AK in the morning. Mid day break. Hit super walmart or target. Wave for dinner. MK in the evening.

Wednesday, June 10
Before park-opening breakfast at Crystal Palace with Wigdoutdismom and family!
Magic Kingdom!

Also going to MK in the morning. Late breakfast ADR at Ohana's, then back to park. Dinner at Teppan Edo and Illuminations

Thursday, June 11
Whatever day!
Dinner at Boma!

Either Epcot or HS. Possibly Typhoon Lagoon. Just found out my nephew really wants to go there. Fantasmic dinner pkg at H & V and then show

Friday, June 12
Downtown Disney!
Epcot!
Dinner at Teppan Edo!

Either Epcot or HS - whichever we didn't do the day before. Dinner is at Tony's with MK at night. I love MK at night!


Saturday, June 13
One last park.
Dragged kicking and screaming by Charles off WDW property.

We check out in the am and have 2 more days at CSR. We might make this a pool day. Epcot in the evening for Le Cellier

Sunday - undecided. go with the flow. No ADR. Monday - pack up... park in the morning......Flight leaves at 5 pm

I added my tentative plans in red just for the heck of it! Your story about Charles the diva is hysterical. That is something one of my primadonnas would say!

Maybe I will see you in the MK Tuesday or wednesday. Make sure you prominently display that cute little gnome, mouse ears and all.

So, what I'm sensing here is that this time tomorrow you won't be hanging around here with me in these early morning hours?

You kind of have a morning ADR at the gas station. That's cute.

I noticed on your itinerary that you have exclamation marks at the ends of each activity.
I'm pretty sure exclamation marks express excitement. At least that's what I teach my third-graders.
If I were to show them your post, they would say there is probably a lot of excitement being shown there.

Just the other day, you were at 60 days, and now, it's here. When it's not your own trip, it seems to go by in a flash!

We're going to a wedding tomorrow night, but I have a feeling that part of me will be picturing you guys down there checking in at AKL and then roaming around the streets of Hollywood. I'm pretty sure you'll all be smiling in that picture, too.

I'm sure I'll come back to say it again tonight, but in case my fingers all get broken or my computer crashes or something catastrophic prevents me from doing so, I'll throw out my wishes now for a safe, wonderful, incredible trip full of magic!

I take that back.

I told Charles I wanted to leave the house by 6am. Hopefully that will put us on the highway by 6:30 at the latest.

I bet you right now that despite his saying he doesn't know what he wants until he is standing right there, the man will exit the gas station with a Yoohoo and a Coke. That's what he always gets when we leave for Disney.

A YooHoo and a Coke? Sounds like a great Disney tradition to me!

So when you get back you can say:

Not that we can ever have ONE favorite moment! I hope the weather is great and that the travel down goes without a hitch, and that you check right into the AKL and see lots of wild life Can't wait to hear how it all goes! Looking forward to hearing all about it when you get back!

Charles' other Disney drive tradition is to sleep all the way from Macon to the Florida state line. I told him that if it is raining and storming tomorrow, he will find himself driving!
