Got pin for 20% and CRO said it's not there??

Well I just got an email pin for 20% (came this morning via email in dh's name). I am on hold while I type this because the CM says there is nothing there?? She asked me to hold while she calls guest services. I'll let you know.

Why oh Why does Disney marketing make this so difficult??

That's what happened to me. We figured out that the "0" in the beginning was not supposed to be used. Hope this helps.

Us too...you would think the CM should know that....it took more than two days to get someone who knew. I wonder if those 2 days made a difference in that I was not able to get our first day at that rate. Oh well....we are going to Disney!!!
