Got our paperwork in the mail yesterday...

and it had my name misspelled. No worries thought because I called Quality Control and they first apologized for the mistake (lately it seems no company apologizes for their mistakes) and told me they would reset the clock and resend our documents. Can I just say that I love Disney? We just bought a new construction house and every time something went wrong with anything I stressed out because I knew it was going to be a total pain to get corrected. I wasn't even worried because I knew we would be taken care of. I know they're not perfect but they're pretty darn good!!

That exact same thing happened to us. My mom's name was mispelled so we sent it back; within a few days, there was an apology and new paperwork!

My DH and I also purchased points at SSR in June 2006. My SSN was wrong, but they said to correct it on paper and they would update our new paperwork. So, I guess everything will still be okay!

By the way, I Love DVC, can you please tell me how you got the SSR picture on your signature? I have read the technical support thread and am still lost! Thanks for any info.
