Got my order from Etsy and it wasn't right...

I ordered a Mickey centerpiece and some other decorations off of Etsy for DS 1st birthday party. Some of it came today. I was so excited and I open it up and the name is wrong. Its a totally different name then I told her. I've emailed the seller and hopefully she'll send me out a new one. The party isn't until June 5 so its not a huge rush, but it always sucks when you get really excited about something like this and then you get it and its not quite right.

I anticipate that the seller will send a corrected one but if not I paid through paypal so I guess I could dispute it if they don't. My invoice shows clearly where I stated the name and age.

Its very cute though and if my son's name was Landon it would be perfect.

Landon's mom is probably going through the same thing as you are right now. Hopefully the seller will sort this out asap. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. In my 8 years of ebay/etsy, I've done it twice. I'm sure the seller will feel awful once she finds out.

She messaged me back and said she must have mixed up the labels and would send me a corrected one asap. Which is what I figured would happen. So I'm sure I'll have it in a few days to a week.

Its just frustrating/disappointing. But it will bef ine.

I sure do hope that Landon's party is far enough out for them to get a correct one too though!
