Got my member card!

Its official. I got my first DVC Member card in the mail totay! I never could get my ex-wife to buy into DVC. It was so much easier after the divorce. First trip home with DD16, DS11 and DD10 will be at BCV 2 bedroom in may...Can't wait!!

Of course as I posted on another thread, I bought 200 points and am fedexing the paperwork for a 100 point add-on on monday. Now I'm not even sure that 300 points will be enough!! Maybe I'll wait until Saratoga opens for the next add-on.

Welcome Home! I remember how excited I was when I got my member card too. You and your kids are going to have a blast. We havent had our first trip home yet but Im really looking forward to it.

I also got my member card today. We closed January 8th. I've been extremely pleased with how smooth things have run with DVC. (Member cards, closing within a week of my sending in the money, reservations with ease, etc.) I'm sure I just jinxed (sp?) myself though!

Yes indeed, "WELCOME HOME"
I remember the day our member cards arrived in the mail. My wife called me on my cell phone and told me a letter arrived from DVC and she thought our member cards might be inside. I asked her not to open the envelope until I could get home. Luckily for me, I work as a meter reader for the town I live in, I was home in a matter of minutes, we opened the envelope together, and there they were. It was like opening a Christmas gift.
