Got my Christmas present from mom!

My mom is the best. We were talking about what I will be cooking for Christmas dinner today and how I needed to get a thermometer for my oven( it's off about 25degrees). Well, mom drove to Home Depot and said she had an important gift to get. She ordered me a new stove!! I really needed one but we just have put it off. She is the best. This was on top of the park hopper passes she bought for the trip we went on last week. Sometimes I forget how good I have it with my wonderful mom!

My mother always complained that her baking never turned out because the oven temperature was off. It was a family joke while I was growing up. I never believed her until I bought my first house. I couldn't get anything right either. Was it just a curse? Nope, when I got a new oven, everything (well - almost everything) came out perfectly.
