Got Member Number Today and...

Was able to call and get the information to login, but now on the righthand side where it says "Your Vacation Points" it says 2016 - 0 and 2017 - 0.

Uhhh should I be concerned? We should have 88 points for 2016 and 160 for 2017. Is it just because we just got the member number today? Or should those points already be in there.
 
Ok thanks. We don't actually need to book right now so it isn't a rush, but that is very good to know!
 
Different people build your account. One sets up the account, another loads the points.

Probably another reason they don't like to give member numbers out over the phone....not everything has had time to "complete" yet, and the person giving out the number doesn't know it. Waiting on the mailer ensures everything has completed with the account.

They could have all new account calls answered by a quality assurance CM like they do with direct sales but they want to keep you waiting. It isn't very hard to add check off boxes indicating where the contract is in the set up process.
