Ok, this is my plan after seeing the December hours. I have to fill out my form for the WL concierge with my dining requests but I am not sure about the returant hours so I'm not sure what times to ask for, any advice?
Anyway this is what I have:

Pre check-in and get tickets, store bags with bell services then head to Epcot
Lunch at Sunshine Seasons (or other CS)
Dinner at Le Cellier
Back to WL

12/6
AK for opening 9am
Lunch at Flame Tree BBQ
Dinner at Tusker House
EMH till 8
Back to WL

12/7
Early seating at Crystal Palace for breakfast (anyone know how early I can get an ADR for, this is an EMH morning for MK)
Back to MK for early dinner at Casey's Corner then MVMCP
Back to WL

12/8
Sleep in then DTD for Disney Quest and shopping
Lunch at Earl of Sandwhich
Dinner at Cap'n Jack's
Back to WL

12/9
EMH at Studios
Lunch at Pizza Planet
Dinner at 50's Prime Time Cafe
Back WL

12/10
MK rope drop
Lunch at Pecos Bill's
Break at WL
Dinner at Whispering Canyon
Back to MK for EMH
Back to WL

12/11
Around the World Segway Tour (8:30 or 9)
Lunch at L'Originale Alfredo di Roma
Dinner at Rose and Crown for Illuminations
Back to WL

12/12
No parks decided on yet
Dinner at 1900 Park Faire

12/13
No plans made
Depart MCO 8:38 PM

Any opinins and advice are appreciated. :goodvibes

I was told the earliest was at 8:05am, which is what I got for my last day.

You've got some great places to dine and several of my favorites, such as the Rose & Crown and the 50's Primetime Cafe. Have always had wonderful food and service there. Just a suggestion, but make sure you take breaks in the afternoon each day (I saw it on some, but not all of them), especially the nights of EMH & MVMCP. Oh, and don't forget to catch a showing of the Candlelight Processional. Absolutely amazing!!!

Thanks! I figured we would take breaks as we need them, I know we will need them during the day when a late night is planned, I just don't want to feel like I am planning every last detail. We will try for the candlelight processional but I know DH2B isn't going to cry if we miss it so that is a wait and see thing.
