Got CRT and noticed something strange

Good Morning..
Ok good news.. I got Cindy's breakfast for Oct 9th.
I had 2 phone lines going at the same time. One line got thru at 6:58 ( I live person answered at 7:03).
The other line continued to get :we are closed message" (still at 7:01) so odd.
so pixie dust to all that are trying.

That's funny, that happened to me yesterday..one phone got through..the other still said the office was closed..what's up with that?

Could it be that because they have a few different call center locations (possibly in different states) that they don't all open at exactly the same time??? I thought I read somewhere that one center is in Tampa, one is in Atlanta and another one???

That happened to me the other day, too! I finally got thru on the 2nd line about a minute later. The "on hold" music was different on each line. BTW, the 2nd line was the first to be answered by a CM. It was really odd.
