Got confirmation for our first stay at Kidani!

We are confirmed for our first stay in Kidani from June 28 - July 7.

Have seen it from the outside, and construction pictures as it takes shape, but we can't wait to stay there for the first time and see what our DVC home looks like from the inside looking out! It is going to be a great trip!

Enjoy planning your trip! We'll be at AKV in August '09 (was able to snag a CL 1BR) but we'll definitely be checking out the new Kidani Village! I'm really eager to see it....we've never even seen the models. Is the TS restaurant supposed to open at the same time as the villas? If so, we'll probably make a point of having dinner there.

We will be there April 30th (jambo) then move over to Kidani May 1-8th. Can't wait

My understanding is that the pool and the restaurants, complete lobby area is supposed to all open together. The final phases of the villas that are furthest from Jambo House are supposed to open later in the year, seems like sometime not long after we are supposed to be there. We shouldn't be disturbed by any construction as they should be putting finishing touches on the exterior by that time, if they don't get done a little quicker than they planned.
