We are checking in 5/1 for 10 days. I don't know how but at 7 mths out we got a BW VIEW! I asked out of curiosity as we'd always wanted to try it & after we got it I became worried--going w/3 yr old & 3 MONTH old &DH.

Unfortunately we are doing a studio so we could stay longer since it will be our last trip for a year or so since I go back to work w/0 vacation time build up after baby.

?is...Is it going to be too loud this time of year? I'd be more worried in summer I guess. We're really looking forward to the lengthy, low key trip but I'm worried the little ones might not be able to rest.

Reassurance please?!

thx

this is a lovely view - go outside on the balcony when your baby is sleeping and you should be fine.

make sure that your husband does not open and close the doors too often.

it is hard to kept the doors closed - the views are pretty wonderful!

We were in a BW view 1 bedroom for 9 nights with our 4 year old and 14 month old. We never had an issue with noise and we were located in the last room on the 3rd floor next to The Attic, where they held a few business parties during our stay.

You will love the view. My DH and I always get BW view room, so that while the boys are napping or sleeping at night, we can sit out on the balcony and still fell like we are part of the action. It is fun to people watch, you can see the high fireworks from Illuminations, plus some of Wishes above the Yacht and Beach Club. Hakuna Matata - no worries on your room selection! :teeth:

We were at BWV on New Years night with a 1 year old and 5 year old, they slept thru everything, and there was some partying going on.

I haven't experienced the BW view yet (we'll be there next December), but I will say that I'm a HUGE FAN of white noise machines for children and travelling. It blocks out everything, including possible noisy guests next door if it's a lock-off. Like the old AX commercials, we don't leave home without it! Both Sharper Image and Brookstone make a travel version that also doubles as an alarm clock.
