I just received a lot of pins I bought on Ebay. Stupidly, I didn't do any research on pin trading before buying them, or I'd maybe have seen that the seller is on the "bad" list. At least half of my pins are clearly scrappers/counterfeit (can't tell with the rest).
I don't really care if I get my money back; it just irks me that these people have such overwhelmingly positive feedback for selling fakes. I'd like to warn future buyers by leaving negative feedback (or at least neutral, if I can add an explanation as to why). But since I am new to Ebay (this was my first purchase), I'm not sure if it's ok to do that. Do you have to talk to the seller before leaving neutral or negative feedback?
