Nevermind, finally go through to the dining number. Unfortunately, it is not looking good. The automated thing already said my first choice day is already booked completely. On hold now waiting for a representative to check more dates. Not looking promising though! Looking for around Dec 11-13.
 
Everyone keeps saying these reserved through MS. What is this and how do I call them? Been trying (407) WDW-DINE all morning and only getting a busy signal.

I think they are referring to DVC Member Services - 1-800-********. I used them this morning to book my BOG reservations (after getting busy signals trying WDW-DINE for two hours). I called at 9, had a 15 minute wait, and got what I wanted.
 
Got an adr for 12/28 at 6:45 pm. Was on hold for MS for 7 min. This was the first date I checked. Sending pixie dust to everyone. Good luck!
 
Is there a reason my BoG ADR isn't showing up anywhere??? I don't usually book ADRs through MS, so not sure if that one should show up with all my other ADRs. Just curious. And of course, I booked for 5 of us, only to find that 3 are heading home that morning!!! Guess we'll be asking other friends to join us when we get down there!!!!
 

Didn't feel like performing for Disney's dog and pony show so we'll wait until some future trip. The fact that we haven't see any menu prices or read any reviews played into that, too. Worried about whether the kids will enjoy any of the really mediocre sounding stuff Disney put on their menu.

My wife and I will probably try lunch some day in December...most likely with a packed lunch for the kids.

I fell for it. Spent I don't know how many minutes on the phone several times. Some talking to the lovely automated lady, and some with real flesh and bones to add my credit card...
what a mess!

ps: I have to say KUDOS for DVC MS tho. They got swamped by calls I'm sure as soon as they opened (couldn't help me with the cc# addition). And they figured out a work around by noon.... I could've kissed the nice MS who transfered me to a super/manager who finally fixed it.

You can't post the toll free number for MS which is why the number is * out. You can however post the 407 number.
 
We got our first choice in January! Will be eagerly scouring for menu and reviews to decide if we want to keep it. ;) I am only a tiny bit concerned that it isn't showing up in my dining reservations. I figure it is because it is brand spanking new.

I got on the phone right at 7 and 90+ mins later I finally got thru to the auto and got nov 19th at 8:40 pm tried for 6:45 pm but it didn't take my cc info. Left for work then saw on here that ressie may canc if no cc. Do I called Dvc ms and got a cm to add cc by charging a penny.
 
I was so glad that the vacation advisor also took my credit card info the first time I called. Only about a 15 minute wait. :goodvibes
 
I got a dinner ADR on Sunday night, December 9, during our Dec 1 - 15 trip.

I called Disney Dining at 8:50am and booked my reservation using the voice automated system.

After seeing a report of Disney possibly canceling if there was no Credit Card on the ressie, I called DVC about an hour later and had them place a CC on the reservation. They gave me a new confirmation number.

I had the same issue and call MS back. They reconfirmed I had my reservation and told me due to the system being so busy it may be tomorrow before I can bring them up. They gave me my reservation number which was the same one they gave me the first time.

Same with me. I tried the WDW Dine number for 2 hours before I called MS. Less than 5 minutes I called I was in and they took my credit card number the first time too. :woohoo:
 
I just used the auto system and got an ADR for Jan. 5th! The reservation does show up in my Disney site, but they didn't take a credit card. I'll call MS tomorrow to add it.
 
After reading about the credit card snafu, I got concerned. I just called MS and WDW-DINE at the same time from different phones. I had made both my Be Our Guest reservations this morning through the automated system.
MS answered first and told me that, yes, reservations without credit cards would be cancelled; the CM put me on hold to pull up my information. While I was on hold, WDW-DINE answered and told me that, no, my reservation would not be cancelled since so many others were in the same boat. She wouldn't take my credit card information. A CM with MS came back on the other phone and took my credit card information and gave me new confirmation numbers. I just checked online, and the new confirmation numbers are showing on the reservations. I printed out the detail information from the site.
 
I didn't even try the regular dining reservation number. Called MS around 10:00 am and got a reservation for 1/22. It's a little earlier than I would have liked, but we'll deal with it.:cool1:

The reservation made by MS should show up like the others. If you have your confirmation number, try "retrieve reservation" on the main Disney site.
