So I got a pin code to upgrade to OKW or SSR for $159. YAY!! 
Nowhere does this say it's a room only code, but when I called I was told that because we already have "a discount" (semantics, I know, but we are paying rack rate for our room and getting the dining promotion included) that we couldn't upgrade. 
It's my first pin code that's been in my timeframe.
The postcard had Donald & the triplets on the outside with the offer on the inside. The upgrade is for 7/29 - 9/29/07. Half the people in that timeframe are on free dining.
Just bummed. Should we argue or just let it go? We're staying a week and I was told my brother, who's coming in mid-week, could also upgrade w/ us as well.
