Got a pin but not using it-question?

Got my first pin in the mail! I was excited to get it, but....we aren't going to use it. We can't afford to start planning our next trip until after the dates of the pin and it's also only good for a Value resort and we aren't interested in staying at a Value resort.

I know this is a dumb question, but I just want to make sure we will get another one someday!!

If you don't use a pin code, does that mean WDW will stop sending them to you?

Also, we are moving by the end of the year. How do we give Disney our new address so we are still in their computer system with our past info?

Update your address on their website... and call them too, those are the ony ways I know how.

I have no idea what the correct answer is, but I CAN tell you that the ONE AND ONLY time I ever got a postcard w/ a code was when we first moved into our house and had a newborn baby. Financially we just could not do it.... that was almost 8 yrs ago.... I've not gotten a code since

Why not call and see if you can switch it to use somewhere other than a Value resort?

It can't hurt to ask.
