Got a letter from Code Enforcement today- What's up??

They told us we had to move the scrap metal in front of our house within a week. Problem is- there is none and never has been. It has our name and address listed. Of course the lady to call is out until Tuesday. My husband is so anal about mowing the lawn etc this is going to drive him NUTS!
Obviously nobody took the time to drive by the house and check if the complaint was legitimate or not

Obviously someone with WAY too much time on his hands. When we lived in our condo, there were some people with nothing better to do than drive around looking for "violations"...there was a rule that you couldn't have your garage door open if you weren't there....and they would hang around and wait to see if you were gone more than a couple of minutes. Geesh!

Well if you would move the three Camero's up on blocks maybe you could find the scrap metal they are complaining about.

LOL 2 houses up (although on a different street- corner lot) is a house with a junk vehicle. We can't figure out HOW anyone could mix their address up with ours though
