We were booked to stay at the Beach Club, Garden View Club Level room at rack rate since there had been no discounts for our August travel since we booked 
I was on the Disney site and clicked on the Value Room deal for August 14-October 1st since it was our dates. Once in I just clicked on availability. Imagine my surprise when a CR, Magic Kingdom View, Atrium Club room popped up for over $250 less than our current reservation. I called my TA and we were able to make the move. It was a 29% discount from what we can tell and it was not really listed anywhere, it just came up. I am so excited and there were other choices too. Now no rack rate!
