Got a code, but can't use it

I just booked AKL for Aug 5 -11. I did not ask about any codes. The CM I spoke with said, "Oh, wait. There's something popping up next to your name!" I was so excited because I knew about the possible 40% off, but didn't say anything. Well, we played with the dates forever and needless to say, I can't use the code. DRATS! At least we're going to Disney!
