Got a boarding group but no port arrival time?

I just checked in for my August 27 on the Dream. I got a boarding group (#2), but was not given any info on port arrival time. Is that normal?

Thanks to all the great information from this group, I started our check in at 0700 hrs and finished at 0708 hrs. I had all pictures ready and it was a breeze. Again, thank you to all who had to struggle through this and then tell the rest of us what to do and not do.

Yes, Group 1 is typically concierge.

Took head shots, scanned passports, made sure everything was in JPG format and when it came time to check in all I had to do was fill in the missing data and upload the photos. Everything ready in advance made it quick and easy. Also registered with Safe Passage and took care of the COVID issue. Now just waiting for the date

Previously, DCL would take your picture on embarkation day when you checked in at the port. To cut down on lines and interaction, they are asking people on the Dream cruises to upload images before the cruise. We will have to wait and see if this continues and if it will be required on the other ships when they start sailing.

there was no info from dcl. No warning. Lol. People checking in before us posted the info to keep us informed. We got no guidance on this.

The only reason I knew was because there was a spot for putting a picture in during check in! It certainly isn't my most flattering but they should get the gist haha.

Once your check in time opens up you will get this for your online check in.

Good luck!!! Make sure to have the headshot photos and the passport/ID pictures saved somewhere and I think you'll breeze through! Fingers crossed!

things went well because of all the help here. pictures pending. How long will that wait be? Boy, there’s a lot of waiting between these new procedures. So glad I had all my pictures on both my PC and my iPad, PC was a no go, used iPad and was much easier.
