Got 30% how do you get 40% and need CSR

Hi,
We are going March 20-27. I got a flyer in the mail for $83 value resorts I called and asked if it could be upgraded to a moderate resort and they said that I could have 30% off that category. I need CSR as I have a conference. They said that the discount would not go for there but that I could have any of the other resorts that were in the moderate category. Any reason to try again and how are some of you getting 40% off.

The 30% off code is a different offer than the 40% off and is a different code as well.
