Is anyone else watching this. I typically don't like him, but I am enjoying this show and would love to try and make these recipes! Does anyoen know if this is a one time show, or will it be on again?

I think its a one time thing but I'm not positive. DH and I love love love Gordon Ramsay. We watch Hell's Kitchen, The American Kitchen Nightmare's, The British Kitchen Nightmares, AND his show "The F Word" on BBC

I am a big fan of Gordon Ramsey, so I was looking forward to this show. Unfortunately, I turned it off after about 15 minutes. I didn't care for the format at all. It seemed kind of chaotic to me and I just couldn't stick with it.

I think it was a one time thing, but I'm not certain.

I love Gordon Ramsey...but this celeb. show was weak. LeeAnn Rhimes was tryong a bit too hard, she fell flat. Cedrick the entertainer was funny, though.

It was weird seeing Gordon seem like such a nice guy:confused3 Isn't this program an existing series in the UK?

Yes, and his face looked different...like he had work done...and I couldn't stand him running back and forth between the "stars"....:sad2: BRING BACK HELLS KITCHEN!:thumbsup2

I didn't see this show, but...

My mom and her friend met him two years ago or so. They were teaching him how to make cheese so he could show one of the Kitchen Nighmares restaurants how to do it. They said he was one of the friendliest, sweetest people they had ever met. The swearing/yelling was only for the cameras and with other people.

I have watched a few of the shows on BBC and the US ones seem to amp up the swearing/screaming much more, so I think it's a bit of playing to the audience.

Even in the US shows it seems like he does truly care about people, but he just has a high-stress method of teaching. I'm sure it works for motivating some people, but it's not something I would respond well to.

ITA!!! I love the CHEF. I have watched all his shows. But this was wayyyyy to chaotic. I think he is amazing. If this show was the CHEF all alone cooking each week like Rachael Ray or Emeril Lagasse, I would be thrilled. :goodvibes

I don't know if it's a one time thing but I know we won't watch again. Love his other shows but this one gave me a headache.
