Google wallet success with park tickets?

Hey all,
Just returned from wdw and was never able to tap in at the parks or at any rides using park tickets stored in Google wallet. Wondering if anyone had any success in the past? Apples wallet worked flawlessly when we've gone before but Google wallet and Android don't seem to jive with disney.
I checked nfc etc was enabled but still no luck.

My family and I have used google wallet on our phones for park tickets the past 2 years with no issue.

Did you unlock your phone each time you wanted to use the touch points? My son was using his the last time we were there witout any issues.

We didn't use for park tickets, but paid with google wallet many places at Disney with no issues. also had our giftcards stored on there, no issues.

Sigh, looks like this is an isolated issue for me lol. I tried many times and still couldn't get it to work. Maybe next time

I experienced only one annoyance during my trip last week. At Star Tours, I tried to access the LL with Google Wallet but nothing happened. The CM informed me that Samsung phones need to display the QR code for the LL to let me in. I tapped "show code," a QR code appeared, and she scanned it with her tablet to let me in. Strange. At every other LL as well as the entrance gate tapstile, I just tapped the phone and was instantly approved.
