Goofy's Make Your Own Cup ice

Hi,

We're planning to buy the Make Your Own Cup ice drinks at Goofy's Candy Co. in DTD on our next trip. I know you can have them refilled at other times at Goofy's (maybe $2 charge) but I also read there was a Build Your Own Cup in Epcot? Maybe in Club Cool?? If this is true can I also refill it here?

Is there any other places we can refill them?

I think they are like the refillable mugs, you are only able to refill the cups at the original store for a fee of course.
