Hi everyone I am still on sick leave from Goofy training
but wanted to stop in and say hi
it sounds like you are all doing an awesome job
keep it up
Jean - Nice job on the 8lbs, I put on so much weight when I train is can be disheartening at times, I am hungry all the time and because I am training I feel like I have a right to eat what I want
in fact when I took 3 months off after minnie last year I dropped 3 dress sizes
anyway my point was that you are staying healthier than most people and that is more important than the number on the scale

AK had a frozen chai latte that was to die for near Everest, though I'm a little worried about that much dairy halfway through the race. I'm thinking a nice glucose and protein snack in MGM with some cinnamon nuts. Then a refreshing strawberry frozen tea in China at EPCOT.
Mel you best have that Chai and wait for me, I mentioned that the WS 7 worked for me (so Jean could shake sense into me 1/2 thru) and Tracy took it that I was volunteering for WS 7 so I will have to do some cheering for a bit at WS 7 and it will take me longer to catch you now. So enjoy the Chai and I'll be there shortly
