I had sort of forgotten about the shooting arcade (and the air guns off Tom Sawyer Island) when DBF and I went in August, and when we got back and a friend of his mentioned its existence to him, he said it was his one Disney regret, that he didn't get to play guns Oh, the silly things BOYS love!
I'm just glad things get better for you, Courtney!! I was a sour puss our last night last trip-- glad you enjoyed yourself!!

Oh man DH is the same way!!!! He could be in the arcade forever! And never leave if I let him! But this trip he lost money so he was a little bit upset. I had to pull him away to get his mind off of it.

I'm sorry it was soooooo cold. Man! I would have been kind of sad too!! But I can't wait to hear what's coming up next!!!

I think the shooting arcade is Miguel's favorite place in all of Disney! Although the train at Germany in EPCOT might be a close second! Men!

Hmmm...a gravity lesson? How random! Your kids (and DH) would probably love the shooting arcade! Hopefully you'll be able to tear them away! (I always end up having a hard time doing that!)

Yes! We love Pirates, too! And the nap did help, thankfully! I was as good as new for our evening!

I was on a trip to WDW with some friends and pretended that my stomach hurt so I skipped Hall of Presidents. Guess where I went instead..
It's not just at Disney, but any park that has those fun infrared shooty places. There was an awesome one at Indiana Beach (the one good thing about the year I spent living in Indiana...)

DAY 7 – Pt. 4

Eventually, it was time to head back to the MK for our final evening in the world. We had exciting plans tonight – we would be dining at CRT!

Our CRT ADR was for 8:20, which I was hoping would give us enough time to watch wishes first since they started at 8:00. Also, Spectromagic would be starting at 7:00. We had a great list of things for this evening!

Thankfully, we made it back to the park without hassle and in plenty of time to get a spot for Spectro! We ended up right near the entrance to the park and were right at the curb!

Soon enough, Spectro started and we were completely sucked into the Disney magic.

I think it is so funny how angry this pig looks!

I will admit, I teared up a bit watching the parade! It was just so magical, and the perfect way to spend our final night.

During the parade, there was a young girl (probably about 3 or so, she was still in a stroller) and her mother right in front of us. At one point during the parade, Snow White came up to the little girl and struck up a conversation with her. When SW moved on, the little girl was overwhelmed with such joy and it was so touching – it immediately brought me back to my childhood. There simply is nothing like experiencing Disney as a child and through the eyes of a child. I feel so fortunate that I was able to go so many times throughout my childhood!

After our wonderful viewing of Spectro, we were feeling light as air as we made our way to the front of the castle to claim our spots for wishes. We needed both a good view of the fireworks and a quick entry into the castle for our CRT ADR, which was only 20 minutes after the start of the show!

We wondered around, aimlessly for a while trying to determine just how we would actually get in to CRT. I was convinced there was some back entrance, while FI believed we could just walk through the front of the castle.

Between trying to find the perfect spot and debating about how to enter CRT, we stopped for some pictures with the castle.

Finally we found a CM who told us that, just like FI thought, we needed to enter through the front of the castle for our ADR.

And so we made our way there, admiring the beauty of the castle along the way.

It truly is breathtaking seeing the castle with its shimmering lights. There is nothing quite like it, and I am so glad that we got to see it! FI captured this picture of me, looking on in amazement.

We spoke to the CM that was manning the rope at the entrance to the castle and explained to her that we had an 8:20 ADR for CRT and needed to get into the restauant as soon as wishes was over. She told us that would be perfect timing, as the show should end by 8:15 and just to let her know when we were ready to go back.

After about 10 minutes of waiting around, it was finally time for the show to start!

UP NEXT: Wishes! And we’re surprised at CRT! Will our luck be continuing, or not…

That just goes to prove that SW is my all time favorite Disney Princess now. It appears that who ever they get to play here really loves their job and is super nice to everyone! Both my times with her have been great! I know it was too different girls but both of them were totally amazing!
