Looking for recommendations for a travel pillow that might actually let me sleep on an overnight flight. I've tried the traditional U shaped neck pillows and haven't found any that support my neck enough that I don't wake up with pain. My head always seems to have to move too far before contacting the pillow.

The pillow attaches to the head rest. That keeps it in a better position then most

Business Class is the better solution. Out of my price range.

Edited to add S3 is the model.

The U-shaped and Trtl pillows did not work for me. This is the only type pillow that I've used that I was able to at least fitfully doze a bit.

I have no experience with this pillow.
It's available on.Amazon search
MALITON inflatable travel pillow.

We have done few overnight flights and even with best pillows it is still hard to sleep if not in business class. I am interested if there is better options?

JMO all the toys bloggers suggest, via Amazon affiliate links, will make flight conditions slightly less uncomfortable. A help but not a miracle.

I bring a memory foam seat cushion. I find the newish space saver seats very uncomfortable. The ones that fold are relatively easy to fly with. You can clip it to one of your carryon bags

Just remember that some airlines have started including pillows, blankets, stuffed animals, etc., in the "carry on/personal item" category. If you have a carry on and a backpack, they're gonna make you stash your pillow inside one of them (as well as your wallet/purse).

I heard them announcing that during my flight a couple weeks ago.
I never realized they didn't count it.
So I've always had my pillow and blanket in my carry on.
And I also only take a backpack and usually put it under the seat but this past time I had really wanted to put it in the bin but was then yelled at because there wasn't enough bin space.
To me its like ok well then maybe others shouldn't bring so much.
Just didn't seem fair that because my only carry on was a backpack I then had to keep it vs if I brought a duffel bag I could have put it up there or if I had 2 carry ons I could have put one up there.
And don't get me started on the people that put theirs in the front and then go to the back of the plane.
We had people arguing about having to put their bag in the back when they were sitting in the front. I honestly agree with them though.
