We checked into CSR on Thursday night - two families with 4 adjacent rooms with each family having connecting rooms, as we requested. Then on Friday, we went to MK for the day. With jet lag, we were all so tired, we went to the Peppermarket for bread and stuff to bring back to the room to eat, then go straight to bed. BUT we got to the room only to find a note on the door saying due to technical reasons, we could no longer stay in the room. Well, after packing everything up and trying another set of rooms at CSR (that smelled awful), they found us rooms at the Boardwalk, only to find out that the rooms did not connect, which was not acceptable, since we have kids, we were then moved to YC with the rooms just as we had at CSR (and the same price). 
The whole thing took 4 hours and CSR had somehow lost (and a day later found) my son's luggage during the move, but we are now comfortable & very happy where we ended up.
