good thoughts and PD needed

I have never asked this before but seem to be at a loss today and thought it might help?? DS and DDIL had a miscarraige late last year, they are now expecting again and got not so good news yesterday.. They are doing ultra sounds regularly and the one yesterday did show a heart beat but dr said it was weak and slower than it should be. We could all use all the good thoughts everyone can spare.
