Watching Masterchef and thinking the same right now, too! My DD11, the mini -chef in the house is watching with me and said she isn't going to wait until WDW to find some, she wants to try and make some this week.
If you have any interest in trying it at home first, google giada's mushroom risotto. My fiancé makes it and it's killer, puts every other risotto I've ever had to shame! Haven't tried any at WDW yet, but looking forward to trying the LC risotto that comes with the filet!

Another Le Cellier risotto lover here! I think it is the thing I am most looking forward to next trip. I have made a pretty good mushroom risotto at home (I will check out Giada's recipe as well!) but of course it is not like being in Walt Disney World.
haha! Seems alot of us had this same thought! I only experienced the one at LC and it was delish!! I can't wait to look for it at other restaraunts, I might just try the one at Raglan Road now!
The only risotto I've had at WDW that I thought was truly exceptional was the one at Il Mulino. I have had the mushroom one on the standard menu and a seafood special one there and they have both been very good. I hated Le Cellier's. I thought Flying Fish, Ca Grill, Wolfgang's and Coral Reef were okay.
I love mushrooms and Le Cellier's Mushroom Risotto is very tasty. I also enjoy the Risotto they serve with the Swordfish at Todd English's Blue Zoo (my new obsession)
