Good Rates from Budget in May !

I got a good rate from Budget, for the week of 4/30 - 5/7 for $91.99. That's a mid-size with taxes and surcharges for a Total of $126.14. I used the entertainment coupon and booked this on the 12/24. It is by far... the best rate I've found!

I rented from national before and they are right there in the MCO airport. Where is budget? Have your rented from them before?

What I a good price. I will have to look into it. We just booked a room at POR for April29 to May 3 (heading over to VB for the rest of the week so we will be needing a rental this trip.)

I have rented from National and Budget, both are very good! The beat rate that I had from National was $145.23.

Budget is at MCO also. It's on same level as National.

I did a search and you are right, budget is looking like the best price right now. We have the entertainment book too, so that is looking good. Thanks.

Our problem is we don't have our flight yet. We are looking for May right now, but we are actually going in March 1st! I really need to get out of Michigan right now.

Do you have to prepay or just reserve without a credit card? Are the cars and desk located right at the airport?

No, you do not have to prepay when you make your reservation. And yes, both the counter and the auto's are at the airport.

Thanks for this post. We were able to make resivations for 8 days in May for 169 (with tax) for a full size. I can't find any decent prices for the end of Feb 1st week or March, so I guess we will do a town car then.

Actually I just looked at your price again, and that is a bit better then mine so I might keep checking back!

FWIW I believe Budget and National are owned by the same corp.

I know National and Alamo are. There cars are the same and in the same place. The only differnce is the line you stand in to check out. It seemed to us the line at MCO was a lot smaller at National since they are not the offical WDW car rental.
