Good rate at Vistana Resort

I just booked at Vistana resort for a week in July . I got a rate of $122.00 (2 bedroom villa) a night but the catch is "no housekeeping" . Just wondering if anyone has experience with the no housekeeping rate? Is there a way to replenish towels,toilet paper, etc or do we do all that ourselves? Anyone with any experience with this rate?

The next cheapest rate would have been over $200.00 if we had housekeeping.

yes, no housekeeping is the timeshare.

the place comes with a washer/dryer - so you could do your own. I think they do have housekeeping in the middle of your stay (wed?)...

Last year we didn't have housekeeping either, we called housekeeping for toilet paper, paper towels, sheets, blanket and extra pillows for pull out couch. No problem at all.

Heck I clicked the link, and they are giving Florida residents a $99 plus tax rate at the Vistana Resort. I'm tempted to go for a weekend just to check out the resort. Who needs a theme parK?

Hi Bea,
Spiceycat is right. At about midweek you will get your trash emptied, carpets vacuumed, towels/soaps replenished. They'll run your dishwasher if there are dirty dishes as well.
I believe it is on the 4th day you get the trash and towel service. So a Friday check-in would get T&T on about Tues; Sat check-in on about Wed; and Sun check-in about Thurs. Sounds like got a good rate. Enjoy your stay !
