Hey all, I'm new to these boards! :teeth:

Anyway, DW and I will be going for our 4th trip to the world this November and it will be over her birthday! :bounce:

I would like to know what people here would recommend as a good restaurant for a nice adult birthday. I'm *NOT* looking for anything romantic (i.e. pricey). We've already eaten at V&A and Narcoossee's and CG is also on our list, but I was thinking something of a dinner where they wait staff will make a big deal out of it preferably with characters there.

I was told Tony's Town Square in MK would be good, then we could watch Wishes afterwards, however I've never eaten there. DW *does* love Italian though.

Any suggestions?

I'd like to know, too. I'm going between the castle and LTT right now, but I'm open to more suggestions.

I've never eaten at Tony's Town Square...sorry.

Beth

LTT does have characters for dinner and if you go to a little area right behind it you have a wonderful view of the fireworks.

The other place I would recommend is WC. They will have a good time with him there. Just make sure it is noted on your PS.

No characters but we celebrated a birthday at 50's Prime Time and it was great. They made a big deal out of the birthday girl--got everyone to sing (a few times! LOL), teasing her about her age, etc...As typical 50s PTC, they really played it up.

How about Garden Grill in Epcot? The food is good, the characters are fun. Maybe you could even have a cake delivered? If you want to go the route of no characters, then I would suggest Artist Point. It was wonderful. Very nice, relaxed. Terrific food. My dh and I loved it there!

Chef Mickey's...we've celebrated several birthdays there. I guess most people would think it's for kids, but we celebrated DH, and my Mom's birthday there. We called ahead and ordered a cake to have brought out to the table. They do a song to celebrate all the special days, ie anniversary, birthday, etc.

They really try to have at least one of the characters at your table when they bring out the cake. Our family always enjoys celebrating there. You can see fireworks from the Contempory, you just have to ask someone and they will direct you as to where to view.

Good Luck!
