We'll be at WDW the second week of Nov with DS's, 5 & 7, and we were thinking ahead to our Chirstmas cards.

Any suggestions on a fun background for a Xmas photo?

We took a cute photo in the Christmas store in DTD. DD sitting in a wingback, next to fireplace/Christmas tree, wearing a Minnie santa hat.

The resorts will be decorated and the trees are unbelieveable!!! We have a picture in front of the tree at the Grand Floridian that is one of my favorites and another in front of the tree at the Wilderness Lodge that is also great!!!

KatieKate's idea is also great - that scene is a beautiful setting for a family shot. Enjoy!!!

Outside of the Christmas shop at Downtown Disney there is a little snowy Christmas setting of some of the characters that is a neat Christmas picture.

If you go to Blizzard Beach, there are some good Christmas card photo ops there as well. My sister did that one year and everyone got a kick out of her kids standing with snowmen in their bathing suits.

I've never been there, but I'm guessing there will be great photo ops at the Winter/Summerland mini golf course.

Make a PS for a early b/fast (anywhere). You can then get in before MK opens.

Last month, we had a 9am PS at Cindy's, got into the park about 8:40. I was then able to take a couple of pic's of my dd in front on the castle. There was no one else in the picture, only her & the castle.

We did this one year and had a cm take our picture right outside the xmas shoppe, near Mama Melroses at the studios. There is a snowman with fake snow and a xmas sleigh. It came out really cute and we all wore the same color shirts & khaki pants.

I am not sure if many decorations will be up the second week of November, but the Christmas Shop in Liberty Squarre has a red sled in its courtyard -- charming picture! Also, within the shop you may some magical places.

A non-Christmas shot, but cute nonetheless is the throne in the waiting area of the castle. If you go in during a non-eating time like mid-afternoon, you could probably have the area to yourselves for great pictures.
