good or bad junge jims

has anyone ever eaten at jungle jims? if so how did ya like the food. we are staying in lake buena vista and i think this is close by.

We ate at Jungle Jim's in June of this year. The food was good, but the service was BAD! Not only for our table but for all around us.

I went there for lunch last year. I agree, the food was good! We didn't have any problems with service, however, we was there for a late lunch so the place was virtually desserted.

We had a late lunch there and had great service and very good food. It's a place we think our kids and family would enjoy and would recommend it.

Liked the food a lot. If you have little kids, there are BIG portions on the kids meals. Service was fine--have been for lunch and dinner on two separate trips. Just avoid the balloon dude and you'll be fine!

It's not my favorite, but many a Jungle Skipper get-together has occured there. If I have my choice of smokey bars to snack in late at night in LBV, JJ's would fall somewhere behind Bennigan's (South of I-4) and the Ale House (just before Macaroni Grill a few blocks North of Crossroads).

We had an OK (but only OK) meal there last October, but we also had APPALLING service, and the restaurant was half empty at the time.

We have eaten there many times...sandwiches and burgers. The portions are huge...the service pretty good when we have been there. Hubby and boys like the burgers, I love the monte cristo.

Cute on the inside...great souvenier items...nice bar/drinks.
