After looking at yalls "hover options when i hover over your photos" yall passed the 24 hour mark and I still have 2 hours until my "24" hours.. maybe it really does take 24 hours. boo.

For new members, there's a minimum number of posts required for the additional options to become available to them (PMs, adding an avatar).

Also required is that the member must have been registered 24 hours.
