Good - Not Too Expensive Hotel?

We may drive down to Disney this weekend for the Star Wars weekend. We now live in SC & my DS is a HUGE Star Wars fan.

We normally stay on site because we are there longer and doing more things, but we would only be there 2-3 days and will only be doing MGM.

Does anyone know of a nice hotel that isn't too expensive?

I haven't personally stayed there, but people give it pretty good reviews.
