Good Neighbor hotel ?

Are the GOOD NEIGHBOR hotels considered "on site" property. Do you get all the same "benefit" and "perks"???

Some of the Downtown Disney (DD) hotels can (if they purchase) offer some of the benefits such as Extra Hours (previously known as Early Entry). Hilton DD was offering the extra hours. Also, not all on-site hotels offer all perks as Swan and Dolphin are on-site but not Disney owned. The real key is Disney owned as they all offer the on-site perks. Non-Disney owned hotels vary in the perks that they offer. You would need to call and get specifics for each hotel. Are there particular perks you are looking for? There are several non-Disney hotels that are located on-site, mostly in the DD area.
