Good Neighbor hotel

I am staying at Homewood Suites December7-9th. I have an AP. Do I get any perks for staying at a good neighbor hotel? What if the ressie is under a non-ap holder? Thanks.

Some Good Neighbor hotels offer AP discounts (HoJo's, Candy Cane Inn, etc.). You can ask when you make your reservation. Not sure about the name on the reservation, but I would think that it needs to be under the AP's name.
