Good MS experience!

Our travel plans home tomorrow got thrown for a loop thanks to a winter storm heading to Buffalo! We were to check out tomorrow but flight got cancelled so I called MS and was able to add 2 nights to our stay in kidani (had to switch views but still 1bedroom). Used some one time use points to cover difference. Call was taken quickly no issues
