Good morning gathering breakfast?

Can anyone tell me if it is worth it. We are 8 people staying in the same two bedroom villa, since we dont have a magical gathering per se can we still book this activity? Is it only done wendsdays and Saturday?, If it is here is my next question. I have CRT booked for breakfast for the saturday we will be there, if I am able to get a table for the GMB, would you cancel CRT and do this instead?

I have been wondering the same thing.
I just read a trip report today and the poster said it was "okay" but they would never do it again. There is only one time available as well -- 9am. She did like the private viewing with Mickey and the good thing is, is that you are called to Mickey in the order of checking in. So if you do the breakfast, get there early to check in so you can meet Mickey first so you're not waiting there for everyone else to get done.

We did this on our past trip in September. I can't say that I would do it again. The food is average at best. The service isn't even that good. You are seated as you arrive, everyone is given the same time to arrive. Tony visits first thing and give you your Magical Gatherings trading pin (that of course you wouldn't want to trade). Your pin acts as your fast pass to Mickey's Philharmagic. This is the only time that you see Tony. He makes announcements about the birthdays and anniversary celebrations, they are very hard to hear. The kids enjoy the dancing with the characters and the characters do make rounds to the table. The one good point about this event is the one on one time they give you with Mickey. You visit Mickey in the order you arrived for the reservation. We did not feel rushed at all in this process so that kind of made up for the lousy service and average food. Hope this helps!

Still wondering if the OP isn't a registered "Magical Gathering" group per se, can they still book a Magical Gathering breakfast just because they are 8 people staying on WDW property?
