good ideas for christmas eve!

does anyone have any suggestions of where i could take my family for a nice christmas eve dinner? my wife usually takes care of the reservations, but i want to try and surprise her.

If you're talking Christmas Eve 2010...not sure you'll be able to find much that hasn't already been booked up.

Try California Grill at the Contemporary Resort. It's so magical because you have a view of Seven Seas Lagoon and Magic Kingdom. Or Narcoosee's at the Grand Floridian. You also have the same views and both are upscale with great food. And they are family friendly.

I agree! Looking at the Dining section of the WDW website right now, and using 7PM just as an example, there are 38 restaurants that are already full and NOT accepting any reservations from 4-8PM. (including CG and Narcoosees)

Also, you need to keep in mind that if the park goes to a stage 4 capacity close on Xmas Eve you will not be allowed in, even if you are holding ADRs for a restaurant in that particular park.

Better hurry and book ASAP. Good luck! Though anything will taste wonderful because you'll be in WDW on Christmas Eve
