Good Ice Cream places besides Beaches & Cream?

I'm not sure if we'll make it to Beaches & Cream...are there any other really good ice cream places in the World?

Ghirardelli's at DTD is one stop we try to make on every trip. Particularly great after a nice night-time walk around DTD.

There's the Plaza Restaurant in MK, it's not as good as Ghiradelli's or BnC, but it's still pretty darn tasty

I'll have to try this but Ghiradelli's is my #1.The "cable car" is my favorite treat it's got hot fudge & marshmallow sauce & is amazing. Almost as good was the banana split @ The Plaza. We had the DDP & ate here. It was WELL worth it just for the huge deserts! The burgers & sandwiches were very good as well. =)

this is not an ice cream place but nine dragons in epcot has ginger ice cream which is sooooo good, I make it a point to go there just to get this ice cream that I have never found anywhere else!You gotta try it !

Blizzard Beach - Polar Cap or Polar something?? Has a delightful Ice Cream dessert called the Garbage Pail. Half Gallon of pure delight. Enough for two ppl. Our favorite by a long shot..

I believe you can get it at their counter service - they also have red bean ice cream, which is delicious even though it does not sound it!

No, you can't use a snack credit at Ghiradelli, but you can use a snack credit at my favorite ice cream shop, Plaza Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street in MK. Their fresh ice cream sandwiches are out of this world! We also had delicious ice cream sandwiches from the Values resorts' food courts. DH loved being able to pick the cookies & the ice cream flavors for his ice cream sandwich. Plus, we were able to get them as our CS dessert on the DDP. They were huge & YUMMY!

Actually, there may be two places in China you can get it - the counter service which is Lotus Blossom Cafe, or the Joy of Tea Stand which is a kiosk......

Great, thanks. We will be staying at Pop so my family will be able to get an ice cream sandwich. They all like ice cream. I do too but since lactose and I don't agree, well it's not a good idea., although sometimes I cave and live with the consequences.

Seashore Sweets at the Boardwalk makes good shakes and the Fountainview in Epcot makes nice ice cream treats. We also found a stand with Hagan Daz in ANimal Kingdom, but not sure exactly where it is.

Ghiradelli in DTD, I personally didn't like the Plaza at MK that much.

The Fountain has the best ice cream at the World, IMHO.

It's become a trip tradition for my last 3 or 4 visits to Disney to go play minigolf on the Fantasia Gardens course and then walk over to the Fountain for a late dinner/desert. Have great burgers there as well.
