Good gifts from Justice?

I am new to Justice. My MIL sent me a bunch of Justice Bucks and bought my daughter some clothes. My daughter loves the clothes. I have never been inside a Justice store in my life and I plan to go this week.

My daughter has a bday party to go to this weekend for an 8 year old girl in her class. Do you think there are good gifts in the Justice stores? Any recommendations? I don't know the girl at all. I hope they have some neat things because I have all these Bucks!

They have a lot of stuff that is not-clothes that is actually reasonably priced if you catch the sales right. For the 8-year-old crowd, check out the duct-tape crafts, they are $20 full-priced, which brings them down to $12 (comparable to Michael's) if you hit the 40% sales (which is about ALWAYS) They also have all sorts of jewelry, wash-out hair "dye", those big-eye animals... all kinds of things that tweens adore, and with the 40% combined with the Jbucks, you could probably load up on a bunch of things to set aside for gifts for future events. Don't overlook the clearance racks, either. I've walked out with two FULL shopping bags for $100 total before by combining the clearance with Jbucks... of course it was all out of season, but that's what the "gift pantry" is for.

Have fun, but always remember to ask "What would I expect to pay for this somewhere else?" (With their high starter-prices and their deep "discounts," it's easy to feel deceptively good over the deals...)

Thanks for the info! It is my understanding you can combine Justice Bucks with clearance, but not with their store wide 40% off sales......is that right?

I've never been able to use the J Bucks and 40% discount together.

And, I'm not sure if you're aware, but you have to spend at least $50 to use 1 $25 J Buck. Getting to $50 is very easy in that store!

40% off and jbucks can't be combined. You can use jbucks on clearance though which is marked 40 % off.

My DD is a HUGE Justice fan. She has this mini locker that she got from there that she absolutely loves!! It would make a great gift!

Ditto! My DD10 also loves her mini locker and has asked for another one. She is currently using it with her Monster High dolls to play school.

My 9yr old daughter loves their accessories. She has (and we've bought as gifts) one of their purses with the sparkly initial on it. She also loves her sparkly wallet/wristlet she got there in Oct.

As others have said, you cannot use the 40% and j bucks together.

Don't know how I forgot, but this year for her birthday a friend got her an initial pillow covered in sequins. She sleeps with it every night even though it doesn't look very comfortable to me.

They have lots of stuff for the 8 year old crowd. My daughter loves their initialed journals, bracelets that you add beads onto, and messenger bags. You can find tons of little gifts! Check the clearance racks at the back of the store first, sometimes you can find cute slippers, socks, jewelry, stuffed animals etc...
